Privacy Policy Get Out ("we", "us", "our") is a curated events and ticketing platform, an initiative by ASBL, operated by Tamada Media Private Limited (CIN U74990TG2010PTC069563, GSTIN 36AADCT9766C1Z2). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to events.getout.live and related Get Out services. 1. What we collect - Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and booking details when you register, follow a show, join a waitlist, enter a drop, or buy a ticket. - Automatic data: device, browser, IP address, and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies. - Payment data is processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details on our systems. 2. How we use it - To process bookings, issue tickets and GST tax invoices, and manage waitlists, drops, and lotteries. - To send booking confirmations and updates about events and shows you follow. - To send offers and news only where you have opted in, which you can stop anytime. - To improve the platform and understand what our audience enjoys. 3. Sharing We share your data only with: our payment gateway (Razorpay); the organiser of an event you have booked, so they can manage entry; and service providers who help us operate the platform. We do not sell your personal data. 4. Cookies We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. 8. Children Get Out is intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed at children. 9.
