Refund Policy

Refund Policy This policy explains how and when refunds are issued for tickets booked on Get Out (events.getout.live), operated by Tamada Media Private Limited (GSTIN 36AADCT9766C1Z2). Refunds are processed automatically through our payment gateway, Razorpay. 1. When refunds apply - You cancel an eligible booking within the cancellation window (up to 24 hours before the event start time — see our Cancellation Policy). - An event is cancelled, rescheduled, or called off by the organiser or by Get Out. - A confirmed booking fails due to a technical or payment error on our side. 2. How much you get back - Customer-initiated cancellations: you are refunded the ticket price minus the payment gateway fee that Razorpay charges on the transaction. The exact deduction and your final refund amount are shown to you on screen before you confirm the cancellation. Example: a ₹1,000 ticket is refunded ₹976.40 after the gateway fee. Razorpay charges this fee whether or not a booking is refunded, so it is not returned. - Events cancelled by the organiser or Get Out: you receive a full refund of the amount paid, with no deductions. 3. GST on refunds A GST tax invoice is issued for each paid booking by Tamada Media Private Limited under its TM/GL invoice series. Issued invoices are not revised retroactively; where a booking is refunded, the corresponding GST is adjusted or credited in line with GST law and the original tax invoice. 4. How refunds are issued - Refunds are made automatically via Razorpay to your original payment method used at booking (card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet). - Refunds are initiated on cancellation and reflect in your account within 7 working days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 5. Non-refundable items - The payment gateway fee, for customer-initiated cancellations. - Bookings cancelled after the cancellation window closes (within 24 hours of the event) or after the event has started. - Free-entry events and passes marked "non-refundable" at the time of booking. 6. Rescheduled events - If an event is rescheduled, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund under this policy. 7. Get Out Originals and drops - Tickets bought through a drop follow the same policy. Where a ticket is ID-locked and non-transferable, any eligible refund is issued only to the original booker. 8. How to request a refund - Cancel from "My Bookings" in your account, or email info.getoutasbl@gmail.com with your booking ID and registered phone number. 9. Contact For any refund issue, email info.getoutasbl@gmail.com and our team will revert. Last updated: 17 August 2026
